Evening, Gentlemen by Mewball Evening, Gentlemen by Mewball
Doc Scratch Speedpaint

Very experimental, I like how it came out. Probably going to do more like it.

The concept for the background is interesting, although it seems like it would've been more fitting if the color palate was darker, or if the color scheme was inverted (like a man in the mist in the night or some crap, this guy looks like he'd be in that kind of setting anyway. I know nothing about the character though so ┐( ̄ー ̄)┌). Revolver thing mentioned so I won't bring it up again.

Meh. just kind of a half ass background D: This was a pretty quick doodle anyway, I should have probably planned it out better. I just saw this arch'd 4chan thread with like 10,000 painting tutorials and wanted to try it out xD

The revolver looks a bit wonky but that is the only criticism I have.
Looks damn good overall.

Thanks. I sort of just half asses it :/ I'm terrible at guns.

We all have our specialties, mine... I have no idea yet. Yours seems to be everything but guns.

Without reference I can't draw animals :c

Having to use references isn't a bad thing, as long as it's not used as a crutch.

Yeah. You have to use references to learn to draw things. I'm just saying i'm more specialized in humans because i don't need a reference to draw them, though they turn out better if I do.
